So I’m Brewster by a summer wheat from adventures in home brewing. Either they didn’t give me hops or I used them else where. Idk. I know I should have done an inventory first but...or course the time I didn’t I don’t have something. Mashing right now. It calls for 1 pack or 4 HBU idk what that is either no alpha beta bittering nothing. I’m assuming it’s 1 oz and it is for 60 mins.

I have cascade, citra, warrior (1/2 oz), galaxy, mosaic, azaca,

Unless one of those was for it and I got them mixed up. Those are all hops for my juicy ipa I will make soon. Will any of those work for this? If the warrior was 1 oz I’d use that and call it a day. Thoughts? I have about 2 hrs until hop in.

I’m thinking .5 warrior and .5 cascade since I have a ton.
