I check the FG on my wheat beer last night, and I know some wheat beer has a cloudy look to it, but is there a way to make it clearer? Will it clear up over time in the keg?

Hefeweizens are served cloudy with yeast, but would generally be clear if the yeast wasn't included. Hefeweizen yeasts are somewhat "powdery," i.e., low flocculating, which helps rouse it from the bottom of the bottle when pouring. There are "crystal wheat" beers that are clear. Many brewers prefer to use a clear wheat beer base when adding fruit. Wits have a starch haze.
