My name is Josh and I love beer haha. I really started getting into good beer while being staioned in Germany for 3 years. My wife got me the MR. Beer kit and after some not so good results I am looking for a better more refined process. Thanks in advance for all the info!

Hey Josh. Look into doing some extract kits with specialty steeping grains. I like Northern Brewer. Check out their stuff, full five gallon kits. It's the way to go.

Thanks, ill be looking at getting some newer kits in the next few weeks. Just not sure how deep I want to go on the start. I will def need a brewing kettle and possible wort chiller.
