Tap the neck of the bottle. If it sinks, it's probably hops or yeast.

Yeast rafts are a probability but, could be a pelicle. I know that sounds a lot like a politician's answer but I don't want to panic you needlessly. Is it in all bottles? If not, you may just have a bad one. I'd pop it open and check (what a bummer to have to "check it."). Even if it's too soon for carbonation, I'd want to at least put my mind at ease somewhat. Been there and done that.

I tap the neck and they start dispersing, some started to sink some were just milling around ...

I think it will be alright. The rest will probably sink when it's chilled. Even if it were bad, there is nothing to do now but follow regular procedure of carbing and chilling.
