What's this on top?

Any one ever get this on the top of their beer after putting it in a keg. Nothing on top after fermentation. Is it from the star San residue? Is it web like? Like a film on top? Or bubbles? Can't quite tell from the pic?

And it happened immediately after you racked? Then I would guess sanitizer.

I've seen it before, I vote sanitizer.

I did a no-chill test to a brew bucket and it had a film like that the next day when I pitched the yeast. Beer turned out fine so it wasn't anything nasty.

Yeah. I think it is too because I have seen it before and never tasted a difference. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one. Thanks!
