Opened up the fermentation bucket on day 13 to find this: see attachment.

I didn't smell anything strange, it looks like something i would expect to see and smell on day 2 or day 3.

We've had two days of fairly warm weather here.

Any ideas?

what's "fairly warm" mean ? We've had some fairly warm weather in NC the past few days (90 degrees).
...but more importantly, what's the temp of that beer in the picture?
Sorta looks like it's still fermenting.

That looks like krausen to me. Maybe the warm temps kicked fermentation up again.

We had ten days of temps in the 50's and 60's, and the Saturday hit 80 degrees in the afternoon!

I've never opened the fermenter after two weeks and seen that much krausen before.

What yeast? Some English yeasts will generate a krausen that will stick around for two weeks or more. WY1332 and WY1318 are two that I've used that behaved this way.
