I'm brewing a peanut butter pecan porter this weekend (no idea if it will turn out, just something I've wanted to experiment with) and I'm not sure what I want to prime with. I like the idea of maple syrup but I'm worried it might be "too much" in the end. Brown sugar or molasses I have the same feeling about. Maybe split it up and do a coupld different versions ?
