I cannot decides folks! Wit, Irish stout, Octoberfest, maybe a lager made with the San Fran ale yeast.

Tapping a Steamed Bohemian Pils tonight, so we'll see how well that worked, but I really like the Wyeast's 2112 | California Lager yeast.maybe a lager made with the San Fran ale yeast.

I'm pretty happy with it. Time to pour another pint.That sounds awesome. I'm thinking of doing a lager style with that yeast. Read a lot on it. Seemspeople have good results doing it that way. I made a Cali common that turned out ok. It was my second ag and had a couple flaws. Couldn't drink it till 6 months later.
