what to do with Hallertau hops?

I was recently given about 3lbs of german hallertau hops. My question is what to use them in besides witbiers and german Largers {I am not set up to due largers}? any suggestions or hops that can be subsituted for them would be great thanks for any imput.

They are good in Belgians and even Saisons..

Experiment--take a German lager recipe and ferment with Nottingham ale or another clean fermenting ale yeast. Or use them in a cream ale. Or a "German IPA" with a higher AA as bittering, maybe Liberty or Mt. Hood, and then lots of late addition Hallertau.
