On hand we have the following.

2lbs red cara crystal malt
1lb chocolate malt
1lb 60 crystal malt
1/4lb smoked malt
10lbs 2 row malt
9lbs extra light LME
9lbs pale LME
3lbs wheat DME
1lb pale DME
4lbs corn sugar

S-05 yeast
S-33 yeast
Nottingham ale yeast
A collection of yeast packs over 15 years old discovered in my dads deep freezer. (possibly useless)

6oz Chinnook hops
4oz Cascade hops
4oz Centennial hops
2oz US Fuggle
1oz Glacier

I'm leaning on making a Big Foot clone like thing. If I do that this will only be enough for 2 batches. If I go with normal batches, I could make three.

What to brew.....
 
Looks like you have the makings of an double IPA in there! Something like:
9# Pale DME (3# up front, 6# late addition)
1# Crystal 60L
2oz each of the top 4 hops
S-05 Yeast

Something like that could be good :D

You could also use the extra light LME with some wheat LME and make a light wheat...
