What to brew today

IM going to be heading to the brew supply store soon, just looking for some ideas what to brew today, A.g. Ideas? Im looking for a drinkability beer i have many specialty beers. Just looking for a cheap drinker for the buddys. Thanks joe dirt

Here's my go to for that type of beer. It's even pretty cheap to make.

60% pilsner malt, 30% rye malt and 10% crystal wheat and hop the living bejeesus out of it with NB@60 and hop burst with Citra/ Amarillo or Simcoe

+1 For Centennial Bonde.

Biermuencher's Helles Belles is also an easy-to-brew easy drinker. More geared toward fall is his OktoberFast ale. I've made them with altbier yeast with good results, but I expect that you could make them work with any reasonably clean ale yeast.

Thanks just put in my order. Will be brewing the 10 gal batch.
But i have a dumb question. The bill shows.

Does this mean to put in for 55 min. Or after 55 min

Just checking ive messed that up befor

It means that you boil the Centennial for 55 minutes.
