WTF is sodium carboxymethylcellulose gonna do? emulsifier/thickener is no concern, but "bulk laxative" sounds bad.....

I’m guessing in this application it’s an emulsifier...but that’s just a guess

cellulose is what makes up the cell walls of plants. It's basically fiber.
I'm guessing that stuff is in there to thicken it.

What is it going to do the the beer? Probably nothing, but if you find another product without it, you can brew some batches for side by side comparisons.

I personally wouldn’t put anything that has sucralose into any beer I want to drink. That stuff is a cheap artificial sweetener and it is gross
