So what category or style does this fit into? I was going to call it a Pale Cream Ale but there doesn't seem to be an "official" Pale Cream Ale category, and I dropped the half pound Lactose I was going to put in it. Is it just a pale ale?

Your beer doesn't fit any BJCP style. It's a kveik, which isn't a style but a yeast, and something previously known only to the Scandanavians. Closest it might come to BJCP styles is like a cross between a Belgian blonde ale and an Australian sparkling ale, but as a kveik it will really fit neither one. It's not bitter enough to be APA, but too strong to be a cream ale or American blonde ale. Should taste good, though, whatever it is.

Okay thanks @IslandLizard and @dmtaylor for your replies. I guess I will just call it a blonde kveik ale. I am not interested in beer contests anyway. I'm gonna make that for the next batch with the temp at normal room temp at pitch time and let it get as warm as it wants. Maybe next time I will try to shoot for a more normal (higher) kveik temp. I watched a fascinating video on kveik and Norwegian farmhouse brewing last night.
