not a hand gun, but I like to use a SMAW to open my hop bags sometimes.

It's a 8" Knuckle Sandwich ala Guy Fieri -I have the 5" santoku as well. They are awesome chefs knives but I don't really use them much for brew day to be honest.

in my pocket. I have a tendency to lose and or abuse knives, so this works great.
