I agree with most of the comments posted. I will add to this my personal driving commandment, which if more people followed it, would solve some (but not all) of these issues.
Thou shalt not force others to apply their brakes.
This applies most to intersections, pulling/merging into traffic, etc. There are exceptions of course. If you are driving along and someone is being agressive/speeding an the breaking is due to their driving, that is something else. Although sometimes it is safer to just get out of the way.
My one pet peeve is cruise control passing. Especially when you in the right lane and are coming up on another car going slower in your lane. Then there is a car, immediately to your right, blocking you from changing lanes. They'll just sit their cruising along and eventually you have to put on your brakes (commandment violation). I will speed up and change lanes when I see this coming to prevent from getting boxed in. I will then maintain the speed until I'm passed the slow vehicle and then pull over. I don't want to make them slow down.
