What kit is this?

Help!! Received a kit a year ago for x-mas. Have not had time to make due to child b. I am a new brewer and this would be my second batch. Any ideas on what it is? I just bottled my 1st batch, and my sample taste has my hooked for another batch. Thanks!

If you've had this for a year I would replace the yeast, hops and possibly the Crystal (I don't know how long crushed grain lasts in a vacuum sealed bag).
