I modeled the recipe after a Belgian Dubbel but since I added spices I guess its really not a Dubbel
I am a partial mash brewer recipe is
3 lb Pale malt (used american 2 row since they didn't have Belgian pale
1 lb Belgian Cara 45
.5 Belgian Aromatic
3.3 lb Munich LME
1 lb white belgian candi sugar
.5 oz Sterling hops 60 min(wanted styrian goldings but they were out)
.5 oz sterling hops 40 min
1 oz sweet orange peel (5 min)
.5 oz crushed coriander ( 5 min)
2 g grains of paradise ( 5 min)
