Good for you. Was the judging BJCP style? Have a score?
Yes AHA sanctioned comp, BJCP judges. 38 was the score enough that it’s helping me to reach a higher rank in Master Homebrewer Program. I would have encouraged entering, however we were short on available judges. Hopefully that will change next year.

I didn't get a picture of measurements, but 10 gallons measured 0.95, a hearty 18%. 18 bottles of strawberry and 17 bottles of blueberry.

Started a cold crash of six gallons mead from the BOMM recipe.

I learned real quick that a six gallon vessel cold crash with target temp of 33F does a lot better in an upright freezer set to about 27F. Before that....it was like the lil' fridge that could....(never get low enough).

I half started my 2nd batch of mead. Basically i sanitized everything and mixed my honey and water to the proper ratios. Well i did after i realized 1 gallon of water and 1 quart of honey wont fit in a 1gallon jug. But that was quickly fixed by uping my honey quart and addin to quarts of water. But do to a weird work scedual if i started my yeast its 72 hour feeding time would be in the middle of a shift. So im starting that tomarrow. The jug on the left has ube extract and it might be a bit much ill find out in about 2-3 months

I have two: three and one gallons Concord grape pyment fermenting for 5th day. OG was 1.110 for three gallons and 1.120 for one gallons. Yesterday (4th day) was last day feeding with Fermaid O and I measured gravity and it was 1.021 & 1.029 respectively... If gravity goes below 1.000 I will add some more honey to ferment thus increase ABV a little....

I finally bottled up my batch of melter honey/bochet that had been bulk aging for almost 2 1/2 years (half by accident, mostly by procrastination).

Took the opportunity to make another batch of straight melter honey/bochet as well. I finally cracked into a new bucket of that honey, and this batch will be far less "cooked" than before. I'm going from crystallized molasses to a dark amber.

But at $1.50/lb, I can deal with it.

Racked my melter honey/cheater bochet over to bulk aging, and brewed up a 5 gal batch of Wee Heavy Braggot.

Apologies to the brew club, as I've only got a month to turn around this 1.100 OG Big Boi for them.

I bottled 2 gallons of mead 1 gallon of strawber pineapple and 1 galon of ube vanilla mead.
I also tried my last blackberry mead after leting it sit for about a year and i see why you guys are so patient. The mead that felt like i was drinking a warhead is good. Like one of the best meads ive tried good and i made a lot of mistakes on this mead.
