Judged beer for the Bluebonnet Brew Off.
Kinda weigh those bottles in your hand when you're in the store. I've found several that were empty when new. Thanks man. I feel like I go through those home depot canisters too quickly sometimes so this could be awesome.
If you can tell the difference, by hand hefting, of 40.1g when the canisters themselves probably vary by something like that, you are a wizard, sir! (I have heard rumors of people buying one, using it, and returning it, and the big box store restocking it. Never bought an empty myself.)Kinda weigh those bottles in your hand when you're in the store. I've found several that were empty when new.

Inoculated a dozen slants with WY3787 yeast. Checked SG on my current batch of Belgian dark strong, it's at 1.002(!), a little bit north of 14%. Yeast is dropping out now, will rack to secondary Friday.
Very nice, I like the hood vent.Finished setting up my new brewery last night, waiting on some hose parts to do a water run this week. Maybe if I can get my hands on some kveik yeast I'll brew something this weekend too.View attachment 667118

Looks professional enough to me!Gave the kegerator a stainless steel look. Not professional but not bad either. Before and after pics.View attachment 667390View attachment 667391View attachment 667392

You're hired!Painted my logo on some pint glasses. Kind of a pain in the a$$, but I’m too cheap to have them printed by someone else. They don’t look too bad if you don’t look close.
