1: dark and dry hard cider
2: Eternal Oat Ale (more of a quanity not quality)
3: All Golden Delcious Hard cider (made it 3 years ago from only golden delisious juice... was dry as a bone, nearly as clear as water, and had the 2nd best smell in the world... the first being this fermenting carboy of blueberry/apple/oat ale sitting next to my right foot... oh god that smells soooo goooood)
