fat tire clone -- who doesn't love fat tire??

Actually, I've never really enjoyed Fat Tire. I haven't had one in some time, but I remember thinking the aftertaste was horrid.

My three are:

-First one ever. Don't remember much about it, but without it I wouldn't be here.
-Dusseldorf Alt. Just all around one of my favorite styles.
-Russian Imperial Stout.

+1. I'd love to give Molson Golden a crack.

For me........ I don't know. Tough to say.

1. Orfy's Hobgoblin clone, for sure
2. My Dryhop Honey Wheat was really freaking good. I can't wait to brew it again.
3. I think my Amarillo SMaSH was the least "homebrew-like" beer I ever made, it was virtually flawless, and delicious.

Belgian Wit, Belgian Pale Ale, and Munich Helles.

Wit's dialed in, it's in my drop down, I'm still working on perfecting the BPA but every keg gets hammered. It's great stuff. Helles Belles (BierMuncher's recipe) with an extra pound of grain lagered instead of an ale is my recipe for the Munich Helles.

Had Soperbrew's Molson Golden clone. I have to agree. I think it was 8# of 2-row and an ounce of cascade hops for 60 min?? I'd throw in some flaked corn for good measure. Maybe when I get the lagering fridge together I'll try 9 gallons of it for the heck of it.

2: Eternal Oat Ale (more of a quanity not quality)
3: All Golden Delcious Hard cider (made it 3 years ago from only golden delisious juice... was dry as a bone, nearly as clear as water, and had the 2nd best smell in the world... the first being this fermenting carboy of blueberry/apple/oat ale sitting next to my right foot... oh god that smells soooo goooood)
