How creative are you getting with your kombucha?

So far I've made pineapple, lemon, ginger with a little basil.
 
I want to make carared kombucha. I got a free 55 pound sack of expired grain and i really dun know what to do with it it. i have considered adding ginger, and or honeybrush to the recipie.

Kombucha and grain.. could that be done? Carared? Sorry I don't understand your post at all..
 
I am bottling my latest batch today. I'm flavoring it with the juice of 3 lemons and the juice of 3" of ginger root.

I add 2 TBL spoons of sugar and bottle. Wait 3 days and then refrigerate. It's just like Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

Ginger apple, lemon ginger turmeric, basically ginger with any fruit combination, strawberry basil, vanilla chai, hopped, oaked, 2nd ferment with light dme and dry hopping, black cherry, blueberry, grape

I made three batches today all with ginger. Apple mint ginger lemon, strawberry ginger lemon, chai ginger lemon..Vanilla could be a nice add to chai.

It was for a half gallon batch, I made one cup of strong chai, 3 or 4 teabags, divided that among 4 500ml swing top bottles, added 1tsp vanilla extract to each bottle, topped up with kombucha
