Just finished "New Brewing Lager Beer". Fantastic read, but I'm wondering what differentiates his approach to ale brewing that is considered different? What constitutes a brewer as a Noonanite? Any big pointers you took away from the book?

Been a LONG time since I have read, but IIRC the ONLY thing he does differently is that for both ale and lagers he likes to manually remove the krauesen before it drops claiming it makes for a smoother tasting end product.
