Hey I'm new to brewing and have tried to avoid the newbie questions you would expect. So thought id do my reasurch and find out what everyone thought about my first brew.
Ingredients
Coopers English bitter kit
700g dextrose
500g DME
20g fuggles hop tea
11g nottingham yeast
Ferment at 20 degrees C
I am aiming for a 4.8 - 5% beer so hopefully gravity reading should reflect that.
