Grain bill:
7.5 two row
3 lbs white wheat
0.5 lbs Carapils
0.5 lbs honey

Hop schedule:
1 Oz cluster - first wort hop
0.5 Oz Saaz - 15 minutes
0.5 Oz Cluster 3 minutes

Mash temp 153 batch sparge
Yeast Safe Ale 05 - plan on making a starter of course.
 
you don't need to make a starter with dry yeast, but feel free to rehydrate prior to pitching.
 
Don't know what he's trying to make, but he's making an American Wheat. :p










Although I'd up the amount of wheat . . .
 
I'm just using my left over hops to make a good lawnmower beer with some body. I usually name them after I taste it.
 
Kegging her up today. I named my last beer "Aunt Ester's Cidery **** Brew". Hopefully this one will have a much better name.
