A couple thoughts...
1) Your actual honey isn't going to contribute much flavor. It will be pretty much completely eaten by the yeast. And even so, I think you still have too much honey malt (which is where your sweet honey flavor will actually come from). That stuff is *strong* and won't hesitate to take over your brew. I'd cut it down to no more than 1 lb.
2) This is going to be hella bitter. You have an ounce each of Chinook, Simcoe, and Cascade at 60, 60, and 45, respectively. ALL of those are bittering additions that won't contribute much to flavor and aroma. They account for 101 of your predicted 133.6 IBUs. I'd move both the Simcoe and the Cascade to 15 minutes. You still won't be shy on bitterness (Chinook is sharp).
