A couple thoughts...

1) Your actual honey isn't going to contribute much flavor. It will be pretty much completely eaten by the yeast. And even so, I think you still have too much honey malt (which is where your sweet honey flavor will actually come from). That stuff is *strong* and won't hesitate to take over your brew. I'd cut it down to no more than 1 lb.

2) This is going to be hella bitter. You have an ounce each of Chinook, Simcoe, and Cascade at 60, 60, and 45, respectively. ALL of those are bittering additions that won't contribute much to flavor and aroma. They account for 101 of your predicted 133.6 IBUs. I'd move both the Simcoe and the Cascade to 15 minutes. You still won't be shy on bitterness (Chinook is sharp).

We'll I ended up taking your advice on the hop schedule. I had already milled my grains so the grain bill was the same. This batch was my first attempt at a all grain with my new DIY mash tun! Had been doing bias previously. Brew day went great but I ended up being off on my OG. I had 1.068. Oh we'll I'm guessing my batch sparge just wasn't as efficient as the biab. So after about 3 days high Krausen had receded and I added the other 1 lb of honey into the primary. We'll today the krausen is massive and almost bursting out the top. It's way bigger than the original high krausen. I'm thinking I might add another pound of honey once fermentation slows down again since my OG was a bit low.

Awesome!

Yeah, I had the same experience when I switched to my current mash tun and batch sparge. I had to adjust my numbers a bit. If you want to add the extra honey or even just some dextrose to get your gravity up, go for it. Hell, big dextrose additions is how most of the really huge commercial IIPAs are done (Pliny the Elder *and* Younger both use dextrose, and DFH 120 Minute gets roughly 50% of its fermentables from dextrose feedings in the fermentor).

How did the wort smell going into the fermentor? Hopefully nice and hoppy with those adjustments to the schedule!

Yeah so It is going nuts. I had to take off the airlock and rig up a blow off tube.
