Hello !

I would like to brew a Cream Ale as my second ever brew and after reading a lot about it, I created this recipe:

What do you think about it ?
I hesitated a lot about bringing another malt than Pilsner, but tought that it might be good to have some Maris Otter. I would have chosen 6-row if I could, but my shop don't have that.

Thank you

With Cream Ales I like to keep it simple with the grain bill. Simple hop additions, low IBU's. I like the choice of hops. Go ahead and brew it, sounds like it'll be an easy drinking beer!

That is very close to my house recipe that I have been brewing for years. I do add a small percentage of white wheat, out of all the yeast I have tried my favorite is wyeast 1010 American wheat for a cream ale.
