Agree with all of the above. As a follow-up to Pappers, if it did come with a regulator (which I am assuming it did based on everything else it came with), I would suggest rewrapping the male connections with plumbers tape to help prevent any potential leaks. Also, before charging your first keg and pouring, definitely do a leak test to make sure all of your connections are tight and good to go. Worst thing in kegging is a flat pour due to a CO2 leak. Especially on a holiday weekend when no place is open. Cheers.
