Was going for a Scotch Ale, but I'm thinking it might have ended up a little too hoppy.

Tastes kind of like a pale ale. Full bodied with thick head, but tastes dry. Thinking of bottle conditioning which would bump the alc to 7.8℅ and make the BUGU closer to 0.5. Does this fit any style?

Yeah it's not bad.

It's really hard to fit that to a "style" without telling us a few other bits, like yeast, fermenting temp and hop schedule. If you're trying to fit it to a BJCP style, read through the guidelines while tasting your beer. Start with what you feel is closest and go from there.

With cascade and simcoe to 40 IBUs, mostly 2-row & munich... looks like an APA to me.

Yeast was 001. Temp was 153. 90 Sim, 30 Cascade, 5 Both.
