We made some tortilla soup over at the suegras this past weekend.

Love walleye. Much easier to catch in my area when I was a kid.Last May walleye and Lipton rice with french fries (well fries not shown). Been a tough winter for fishing but it all worked out only a few packages of last year's catch left.
Was easy early ice then lots of snow made it tough. Hoping to find a late ice bite. I could go for perch but honestly that is kinda boring.Love walleye. Much easier to catch in my area when I was a kid.

That’s how Herring was in the lower Esopus creek in April when they and the stripper would run as a kid. Not anymore though, numbers are way downGrowing up, you could walk across the Maumee river on the walleye.

Cooking aside, this lady is fun to watch. She also gives a good demo on rolling them.
We watch her because she's so fun.I've watched a few of her videos.
That looks intriguing. Thank you. We have relatives who ADORE Italian food. I make a fair alfredo sauce, lasagna and pizza but I don't have much experience with Italian food otherwise.
I smoked 3 full racks of spare ribs, along with some Keilbasa Beef sausage!
Then I finished them off in the oven,
"low and slow" for a few more hours,
'til the meat was falling of the bone!!
Accompanied with sides of southern style mixed greens and green beans, corn muffins w/ whole corn cornels and green chilis in them! And of course lots of great Beer and Wine to wash it all down!!
Great Friends and My Beautiful Wife to enjoy it all with!!
It was a great Saturday night!!!

Beautiful loaf as always… I love BLTs!Baked another loaf of sourdough Saturday. If anything, the flavor is getting even better now that my starter is a little more mature. Made awesome BLTs with it for dinner

Yeah, I am liking the Sip and Feast guy!I've watched a few of her videos.
Another one I watch is Sip and Feast He makes Italian food at home that you would typically find at NY/CT/NJ Italian restaurants.
