I'm on the "elimination diet" to find out whether I've got food allergies. Sous vide turkey breast, frozen and reheated in microwave with buckwheat millet ramen (yech), sweet potato, and shredded kale also cooked via hotel microwave.

Also - homemade mixed nuts (e.g. Dumped a bunch of nuts in Tupperware and ate them) on "reintroduction of nuts" day. Nothing scares coworkers like slamming fistfuls of nuts after saying "I'm testing for food allergies."

No pictures from beans day though. That was the best day ever. Dried chickpeas cooked in olive oil, white pepper, bay leaves, and home grown coriander. Awesome.
Btw - I miss beer.
