I just did an extra pale ale with about what you have. I've done this several times and I have added a pound of Munich just to change up the colour and add a bit of body. Works just fine. You can sub any high AA hop for the FWH addition to get the same IBU but the cascade work like a charm. It's not a "fabulous" beer but it's and easy drinking pale ale that many people will enjoy. I also brew it with fresh yeast to give me a very flexible yeast cake to pitch on for my next batch.
