What can I make with some or all of these left over ingredients?

Right now I have a 3 and 5 gallon fermenter available, but I have no yeast and would have to purchase a vial.

.25lb Pale DME
2lbs crystal 60L
.5lb crystal 80L
.25lb roasted barley 500L
.25lb flaked oats
.5lb barley flakes

1oz. Williamette hops
1oz. Kent goldings hops

I also have plenty of other fermentable sugars like brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, plenty of citrus fruits in the yard also. The only thing I don't have which I'll purchase depending on the beer is yeast. Anything I can make with this?

Hops? needs base malt 10 lbs of 2 row and some S-04.
