You could try connecting the keg to pressure while it is half filled with boiling water. 30 PSI should be enough along with the heat to pop a shallow dent.

Hmmm, you may be right. I think I'll try that.

Can’t wait to put this thing to good (beer) use! I just calibrated it with the 7.0 solution supplied and wow what a difference from my old Hanna Checker.

That's super cool! My wife bought me one for my birthday, and now I'm just waiting on this to come in stock. She thought she was buying me a way to keg my own beer, and while you can do it on this it's expensive replacing those single cartridges.
