Leaf and pellet hops from Yakima Valley Hops. Looks good, however I was missing 2oz of the Pacifica that I ordered.

*UPDATE* Heard back from John and he's sending me the missing hops

I had tried to wire the Ranco that came yesterday, but the wire block screws would not budge. Back in the box, replacement on the way. Pex Supply has been awesome, no stress about the replacement whatsoever.

Another 50 feet of Bev-Flex tubing for my keezer build in progress, and a 5th Perlick 525SS.
Originally only planned on 4 kegs, but realized i could fit a small 2.5 gallon keg on the hump and fill it with water for a faux sodastream, lets me do mixed drinks easily with sodastream syrup...for some reason my mind was blown when i learned i could make tonic water for gin & tonics.

Not sure on the Brand and unfortunately it is Unavailable but here is a link:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HEQMR04/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

It is 16" wide and 18" tall.

What brand kettle is that? I like the height. Is it a 1.2 height:width ratio?

This may help:

I have it on my wish list but I think I'll be getting the 10 gallon version to use as a HLT soon.

Very interesting. The image in that post is taken from MoreBeer's site. I can't speak to whether they're the creator of the image, but I know the kettle that's pictured there is exactly what the actual kettle looks like, since I actually own this one.

The kettle shown in FortMillBrew's picture doesn't look like it has the extra round at the bottom, but it could just not be shown (was the kettle set on a sofa cushion?). I know my kettle (the MoreBeer one) has a more 1:1 height/width ratio, but it's a couple years old now and they may have changed it. Regardless, I really like the look of the extra height and how low the thermometer is. When I do 6 gallon batches, my thermometer doesn't even get submerged....

It does have the round at the bottom. Nice and thick compared to my 8 gallon pot. You are right about the location of the thermometer, 5.5 gallons gets it covered. I am now considering what to do inside; bazooka tube, dip tube or other DIY. I use a hop spider so I am mostly interested minimizing loss. I'd welcome opinions.
