Great deal!

Thanks for the heads up! I haven't picked out an exact recipe yet, but was leaning towards flavor/aroma/dry hopping in a pale ale to start with.

I made an all galaxy IPA. First wort hop, 60 minute, flameout, dry hop. Harsh, harsh, harsh bitterness.

Not today but a few days ago. Four beers from another brewer on this site. Two homebrews and two cans of Surly!

Love this place!

20 gal MLT, BK and HLT from Stout Tanks to serve as the foundation for my BT based EHERMS brewery. It's like Christmas!

1lb Chinook and Belma. Still waiting on the 2012 pellet pre-orders to come in.

Beer Smith 2.0, I like having a hard copy on hand.

(Walking Dead Book One as well!)

Well part of my order has arrived. A Bavarian Helles all grain Lager kit, 2 Better Bottle Blowoff assemblies and3 fermometers. The 2 for 1 Better Bottles from NB are back ordered.

My Fermentation chamber is about half built.

Refractometer from Amazon. List price $89.99, got it for under $30 AND used a $25 gift card I have been saving. I basically just paid for shipping and handling. SCORE!!

My ingredients for the next three beers just showed up (according to FedEx)! Now I just need the STC-1000 and ceramic heater to show up so I can build my temperature controller and I can get this lager season rolling!

Keg kit from Keg Connection. Fast and free shipping. Now I'm one step closer to kegging.

I just ordered their standard single ball lock keg kit. Basically it's just a double gauge regulator with check valve, gas tubing with disconnect, beer line with disconnect and party tap faucet. It was all I needed because I already have a couple kegs and a perlick faucet, and I'll be going to the local welding supply about the CO2 cylinder. So hopefully my next batch will be my first to keg. As far as keg connection, they were great to do business with and I definitely recommend them.
