I'm currently building a single tier rig with 3 keggles, I'm trying to decide what burners to go with. I will be doing 10g batches for the most part and 5 gallon from time to time. Looking for a balance of efficiency and saving time on brew day. What do you guys recommend?

If you want good efficiency and quick boil times (and money isn't a factor), then I'd highly suggest the Blichmann burner. It's so much faster than most others, and I've seen some clones that come close, but I still haven't seen any hard numbers showing anything else as efficient. I get 6-7 brews (5.5 gallon batches) from a propane tank with the Blichmann whereas my buddy gets about 3-4 brews with his bayou burner. I heat water to strike temp from ground temps in about 15 minutes, and from mash temps to boil in about 15 minutes. It's also super quiet.

It's a high quality burner that should last as long as you need it to.

I'm really looking for a burner only to mount in my stand instead of a burner that comes with a stand

I have a blichmann and all said is true. Regardless, I recommend a banjo style just because they are quiet.

I have three Blichmann but I sure do like the look of those edelmetal ones. I'd do as posted above and get the Amazon version of the burner part.

OAH, and pics of said stand please.
