What Beer Pairs Well With Mr. Ed?

Since horse meat is again legal to slaughter, process, sell, and consume, I was wondering what beer would pair well with Mr. Ed? Wwwwilburrr Wwwheat?

I mean, his coat is white, but horse meat is red. Maybe a nice Rye IPA?

Depends how you're cooking him. If you make a traditional sauerbraten with the old fella then a German alt might pair nicely.

I've been drinking IPAs whenever I eat paste, so I'm sure it will go with a horse urger too.
