If I say I like a:

- Very light bitterness
- Huge hop aroma, big nose, citrus, pine, pineapple
- sweeter side of an ale, sugary almost
- not too dry, finishes rich
- tiny bitter on the end
- medium carbonation
- golden pale , orangish tint

anyone care to take a stab? I honestly don't know, but im trying to describe the kind of beer I would love to make

Sounds like a Pale Ale with more than the suggested amount of Crystal Malt and forgot to put the first hop addition in.
 
Yeah, I might vote for an Amber ale as well, except for maybe the color. I had a Troegs "Hopback Amber Ale" that seems to *almost* fit your description. it is maybe a little more hoppy than you're looking for though.

Edit: it's not incredibly hoppy, as the sweetness balances pretty nicely.
 
sounds like karmeliet tripel to me? WHat am I missing?

very little bitterness yes

A malty pale ale or even a good balanced ipa.Just because i think pale ales taste more bitter sometimes.Some taste light in bitterness but maybe thats just me. You may like some belgians they have a great aroma(not usually from hops-i think) but different than you described but everything else seems to fit.
 
Americanized ESB. I'd imagine if you made up an ESB recipe with solid amounts of crystal malt and then used London ESB yeast or English Ale yeast (depending on what's available to you) you could get the malt character you have in mind. Use American hops late in the boil or as first wort hops without any bittering additions, and later dry hop with even more American hops and you could probably get the fruity nose and flavour you're describing without going overboard on bitterness.
 
A slightly hoppy Tripel or Belgian IPA ?

Have you ever tried Green Flash's Le Freak? Labeled as a Belgian IPA.

It might be a bit too hoppy for what you're describing, but it's a very tasty beer.
 
Not sure exactly how you'd do this as extract, but if AG, maybe this:

80% MO
10% Vienna
10% Crystal 40 (20?)

Mash high at 156-158

No bittering addition.
Hop burst from 20 minutes with a ton of Cascade/Amarillo
Dry hop with more Cascade/Amarillo

Ferment w/ US-05, WLP001 or Wy1056

Again, not too sure how you'd do something like this as extract w/ steeping grains. Maybe just Extra Light DME and CaraVienne?

Good luck (and fun) doing the research to get a recipe that works. The APA that I have planned right now isn't far off, but I like a medium-dry finish with my massive hop flavor/aroma.
 
i had an IPA with a distinct pineapple (hops) taste the other day. I believe it was from Avery Brewing Co.
 
To OP,

Wow, this is what I am looking for myself. When I read the description of what you are looking for I thought, little sumpin or Nugget Nectar. (I'm trying to recreate that fresh citrus goodness in a APA/low grav IPA)
