HB Dry Hopped American Pilsner with Opal hops. Not clear, but it seems to get clearer (slightly) with each pour. A little floral & spicy notes while being easy drinking. Just my two cents.

Damn, those look great indeed! I am drinking my Belgian Witte 6.5% abv atm, still a bit too green though but that's me. it's about a 50/50 hit n miss when it comes to seeing them out before they go. I really, really honour all you beer drinkers who wait long enough to get drunk ,p

haha, just seeing the head commentary Ye, come on, it's never easier than at 12%+ (I forgot to ad the % at first, yikes), to get good head. But as someone said, remembering might be the biggest issue.

Darn.. 3.9%. When I lived in South America , the beers weree 0.7l! and 3.5%! (omg), although for good reasons I suppose. Heat. If doing the standard European at least way of 5%@0.5l it would lead to... erm.. binge drinking.. wait, what? lol, which is of course what we do when we are young in the west. Honestly though, it was probably a good idea... then again, a tequila milk glass (100cl) or 'setka' in slavicish, was like prolly 2 bucks if even that in a bar back then

Berries forward with a slight melon character too. Creamy mouthfeel & slightly sweet.

Overall a good day. It’s Friday, I was accepted in to a school program that will allow for a career shift in possibly under a year, Sams Club is allowing us to return a year old swing set that is falling apart, and did I mention it’s Friday! Celebrating with a Jungle Bird

Finally got a reservation at Oga's cantina in Star wars Galaxy edge! Of course, I had to pay the $85 and take the rancor teeth flight home for myself lol. The best beer was the Sierra Nevada bad motivator IPA with comet and Galaxy.

Finally stopped by the orchard that I get my unpasteurized juice from. They've been doing cider for a couple of years and just opened a tap room.

I drive a couple of beautiful miles thru their orchard on my ride home. Too many deer to count that have almost been on my hood and one bear.

Another that seemed to have a pectin issue. It had cranberries which create pectin issues but then I read it also had beets in it. It did have an earthy taste to it. On nitro. The nitro really didn't do anything.
Pizza was good

Beets, bears, Battle Star Galactica.

Pretty damn smooth for being 10.5%. Slightly sweet, creamy mouthfeel, cantaloupe like characteristic to it which seems odd but works.
One while I’m in the garage roasting a batch of coffee.
