My wife, who knows what I like, calls this the "Gandalf Beer."
Been reading a lot about folks being disappointed with their HB that has no lasting head. I don't drink any that do but they're all carbed properly/appropriately. I don't expect one past a few minutes. Without fiddling with the pour, what beers really do have a head all the way to the bottom? Lacing is expected.

A full pour of their IPA with Comet & Citra hops. A special pour of their not yet released Pink Guava Berliner Weiss.
Citrus, pithy & a little grassy on the IPA.
The Berliner is freaking delicious!! It’s acidity and salinity is spot on IMHO!!

Extract bc I can't count on outdoor water supply for chilling. May pitch with Nottingham or Lutra, haven't decided yet. Either way I'll be making a starter with a fraction of the malt extract.

Carbonation check on what will likely be the final beer in my Panther Piss project. This is a very young Panther Piss Paleo Vulgaris—just 14 days in the fermenter and five in the keg. Six row, corn, rice, Clusters and Spalt at 5 and KO. It’s going to need some time to drop clear, but it’s very promising even now.

HB dubbel. First real pull from the ukeg. First try at this style and I’ll have some tweaking to do for next time(probably next year). But for a first try, it’s enjoyable. Curious what the bottle conditioned will bring since I almost always prefer the bottles.

It makes me a little leery because I’m going to be kegging real soon. I’ll still bottle portions of each batch, but I’m gonna be pissed if I struggle through 2.5-3g of a keg and find I enjoy the 8 bottles. Plan is to bottle condition anything dark and keg anything hoppy.
