From one of my favorite local breweries, their best Double IPA so far! They used the new Phantasm hop powders.. and wow..

This is a very interesting quad. They must have used some sort of farmhouse strain because it has some sourness to it, but it's still pretty good. No sweetness you usually get from one.

Went to that brewery when we were in Maui a few years back. Great beers and we have a couple of their silicone pint cups that are great for camping.

Rawther proud of this one. Munich Helles that started out way too bitter, but after a week or two has melded into something very crisp and tasty, not to mention pretty. No finings other than whirlfloc. Perfect companion to the rat race that is soon to happen in my kitchen.
