Lol thanks but yet 15 years experience as a geologist. Funny how time treats us.

Probably the last grilling at this house (move in on the new place in two weeks omg) and maybe the rest of the year. Tomorrow is grill cleaning day, I think.

Doubtful! Climate change...im sure you will have a few more grill days in the new place. Where I'm at in S.E Michigan it's usually quite brisk this time in Oct..nope..72°! And looking at 80s coming next week. Congrats on the new place, change is good.

I’m definitely hoping to enjoy the backyard for a bit before the snow flies. Halloween gets iffy around here, weather wise. The wife is weird about grilling in the cold, so I don’t do much winter grilling anymore. Excited to pick out a smoker again for next year too since we will finally have space.

Smoker took a header during spring cleaning the garage this year. Thought it was done for. Saw some good butt prices and it's amazing what a spreader and cheap sheet metal does. Took it for a test run with salmon. Kept stable heat and no leaks. Needed a good cleaning tho

Drinking local for brunch - Flagship IPA (Texas mule - with Tito’s and a Shirley Temple) from Upstream Brewing in Omaha. With the oldest daughter graduating last spring we no longer are spending every Saturday in a HS gym for volleyball (although, I would do it all over again).

The fruit purée my wife & her mom split, of course I had to try it. Super sweet to me. The IPAs are killer! @JCasey1992 if you like Strata hops, you’re going to enjoy the Extra Shipper.
The new seasonal from Genesee is tasty and crushable.
