Two HB WCIPA’s. One on the left was with Voss and the one on the right is with west coast yeast. Same grain bill, hops, etc., but the one on the left has only been in the bottle a week. Quite similar, yet different. Voss may be the winner due to ease and speed.
Dad says it's 107 in the shade where they live in the California Sierras. Yet him and my stepmother are are going to play an outside gig...Jazz. Just like a teenager, he won't listen to my wisdom and driving me to drink!
This beer has BIG BIG flavor packed into it. Murky AF. Smooth and creamy with great balance of citrus up front with some piney/dank in background. Ever so slight burn/alcohol/zing at end but not sure if that's just not due to the likely tons of malted oats. This is excellent though. Like this better than Eugene's Broccoli. thanks @Dgallo
