Damn the color change from the first pour to the last pour.
Peachy & apricot forward with some hop burn in the second glass that wasn’t there with the first one.

That was a happy drunken accident..."Let's see what happens when I do this!"

Cheese tasting evening. What I've learned.

Peach mead and IPAs do NOT go with lighter/milder cheeses.

Vermont cheese was truly only salty for the most part. The Kreik and HB Stout (which went with everything) was a nice paring. Strawberries and blueberries went with almost all cheeses also. Raspberry was a bit overwhelming.

This is easy to remember. Chimay Blue went 100% with the blue cheeses. Dry cider paired well also. Had a Roquefort and smoked sampling.

This was the stinkiest cheese but nothing like a pedo! Ha! HB stout was solid here.

For the record almost every Gose I had tasted like fermented urine! I brewed this years back just to see if I could replicate that taste. Fortunately...NO!
