Finally fixed the foaming issue with this keg!

This is batch #8.5. All wheat beer are messy. I dumped the first attempt at batch #8 after getting multiple E3 error on my anvil, due to kettle cakes. Hence the batch 8.5.

I tried it again, put 2# of pilsner and used decoctions to go between steps.

This is my American Pale Ale hopped with Centennial and Mosaic.

Named it Sleepy Joe as i underestimated the attenuation so if you drink a couple too many you feel sleepy and can’t talk properly!
