@Dgallo brew - well balanced (peach on the nose, citra throughout, and lavender at the end). There is some funk in there, but I cannot tell if it's from the yeast choice or added bugs, but whatever it is ... don't change it.

This is one of those lavender-adjuncted beers that define what lavender beers oughta taste like. The peach is the first thing that hits your nose, and is subtle enough to let the citra and lavender shine. It's really well done. Bravo!

Those are good. Big Sky has some pretty good beers. MoreBeer’s kit is pretty solid too.

One of my favorites. I have a recipe I call Bullwinkle Brown that I brew several times a year. It's very close to the real thing.

Prepped abt's in the fridge with some ribs. Smoker locked and loaded. Txting my buddy with kids that are driving him insane that smoking is a hobby. That once this thing is lit in the morning I may head back to bed, crack a cold one or brew some coffee.

Brewed September 2018. Held up well. My brew notebook is out in the garage but I’m pretty sure I hopped this with Cascade. Big mistake. I didn’t like it much at the time. Typically I hop Graffs’ with Fuggles. Anyways.....2 years later I like it now.

Schneider Weisse Hopfenweisse...uhmm ya it's pretty sour/bitter. Doesn't seem to say the style of hops on the bottle, but it's kinda growing on me as it warms a bit. Might be because it's unfiltered..oh and it's 8.2% as well!
