Last year’s HB punkin’ ale. It’s about time to start thinking in this direction so I thought I’d drag my last bottle from last year out. Still delicious, but I get more pie crust than the spice now. Can’t wait to brew this up again.

First pour of my latest HB, a 6.7% Citra, Galaxy, Idaho7 hopped ipa fermented with Voss Kveik yeast. Just kegged a couple days ago. Flavor of peach and melon with some bitterness. Not quite there yet, perhaps it needs another week or so.

Back from a 300 mile round trip to watch one of our grandsons compete in a swim meet. He won two events and placed second in another, winning the high point award in the senior division. Drinking a Big Sky Honey Ale.
