Well, if you're interested in reading an update to this go to the "Don't Do That" thread.First pour of my latest HB, a 6.7% Citra, Galaxy, Idaho7 hopped ipa fermented with Voss Kveik yeast. Just kegged a couple days ago. Flavor of peach and melon with some bitterness. Not quite there yet, perhaps it needs another week or so.

The last time we did s'shmorez we had some Alchemist Crusher on hand. Jeez I thought my head would explode. The contrast of sweet from the smores with the freekn giant hop slam bitterness of the Crusher just about brought me to tears.
