Victoria Bitter, and kangaroo meat!

EDIT: The kangaroo is very lean, with a slight liver taste. My Aussie host said there are too many, and they have to cull them. Most are used for pet food.

Kangaroo is one of my favorite cuts of meat. It's soooooooooooo good!! I've had it in a few forms, but I'll say that a kangaroo burger does need some fat in it to make it a bit better. Anyways, yum : )

Doing a Raspberry Witbier with DME, Belgian Candi, Nugget, Citra, a simple grain soak and the mighty Voss. So very happy, been waiting for this one.

Changing things up a little while grilling. My one friend is a big fan of ciders so he usually drops off a can or bottle when he gets something new to try.

Nice! Killed the overfloweven with extra DME. No expert, but I like the results.

Had to resort to the ‘stand-up’ mixer to avoid scorch. Doing ok...15min left..woohoo!
